GEEK SERVICE retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, frameworks, software components, templates, tools, processes, and pre-existing intellectual property used in delivering the services.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared during the course of the business relationship and to use such information solely for the purpose of providing or receiving the agreed services.
7. Third-Party Services
Certain projects may involve third-party software, hosting providers, payment gateways, cloud platforms, APIs, or other external services. GEEK SERVICE is not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing, security, or policies of third-party providers.
8. Disclaimer
GEEK SERVICE provides its services using commercially reasonable skill, care, and professional standards. While we strive to deliver high-quality solutions, we cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes, search engine rankings, business growth, or uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GEEK SERVICE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services.
10. Suspension or Termination
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. The client remains responsible for payment for services performed up to the date of termination.
GEEK SERVICE reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services where required by law, due to non-payment, or where continued performance is not reasonably possible.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. The parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through mutual discussion before pursuing legal remedies.
